The Florence Probate Court — Tribunale delle Successioni e della Famiglia— publishes the docket of family and succession matters heard before the bench at Florence. Inheritance proceedings, the validation of wills, adoptions, guardianships of minors and incapacitated adults, and the recognition of marriages all sit within the court's jurisdiction.

Each decided matter is published with the court's ruling and the names of the magistrates who decided it. Pending matters list their next scheduled hearing. The complete register, extending back several years, can be browsed by type or by status. Where a case reference is to hand, the search bar at the top of every page will take the visitor directly to the file.

The site has been laid out so that information may be found without unnecessary difficulty. The masthead carries the principal sections; the docket itself is searchable by case number or by name of party; and each ruling carries the parties, the presiding magistrate, the dates of filing and decision, and the substantive disposition. The register is kept current as matters progress through the court.
